Google social media

On Hacker News “best” for today at #5 is a link to XSLT RIP which leads to Killed by Google, a fantastic case in point for my recent post E-mail as social media.

How many social media services has Google sunset? I count at least 12, including services which, whilst not directly social media, offer some sort of socialisation.

E-mail is still standing, right? Am I right?
