In a loop

Around and around in my head. This ruddy archive problem I created. It works and it works amazingly well… except? I don’t like it. It is, as the code comment states, “Hacky AF”!

I coded this as a patch to implement an archive page generation feature. Now, I think I’m in too deep because I cannot for the life of me break it apart to get the HTML into the template, where it should be. Starting again from scratch is no help either because I’m failing miserably at it. It is a very simple problem yet I am unable to solve it.

I do need a break from it. That’s the problem with trying to build your own things. It eventually gets to a point where you get into a loop and can’t seem to break free from it. System overload.

Yes, writing this out has made me see clearly. I need to break the loop and the only way I can do this is by ignoring it for a few days and casting a fresh eye on it when I’ve had, oh, let’s see? Maybe about 100 sleeps?!
