I missed that one and only picked up on it when visiting the Linux Mint forums to look up some issue or other. Imgur is popularly used to share screen grabs of issues so that others can have a look and offer help.
Damn this swamp island nation! Oh, they’re not blocking things directly like China does; they’re getting others to do it for them. So what’s the difference? Things are still blocked.
Thank goodness for Tor and VPNs. We can still roam the Internet freely under cover, stealthily and “illegally”.
I’m still smarting over how Mullvad stopped allowing port-forwarding (which I need for my torrenting habit). But I have Proton now, which does. In keeping with the theme of moats, swamps and islands, you can say that I’ve simply leapt from one head of the Hydra to another.
